Physiotherapy for cyclists

FocusYou-346.jpg

Bike fitting in a physiotherapeutic setting is part of a more complex problem solution. It's about adapting the bike to the body and working out the best possible interaction with the body, which is why the process is based on a longer period of time and several appointments. The amount of time required depends on the objective and course in order to work on specific strengthening and coordination. The area of operation provides a guide to the position and the focus of the training.

The process starts with a 1.5-hour session to get an overview of the existing conditions, plan the course and make the first changes. Further appointments will be followed by fine-tuning and work on the body so that it can be used better on the bike.
